About The Position

Requirements

• Associate degree or 4 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 1-plus years' experience in related field.
• Prior experience in automotive or heavy-duty equipment.
• Ability to read and apply Engineering prints.
• Ability to read and apply Hydraulic drawings and schematics.
• Ability to read and apply Electrical drawings and schematics.
• Multi-lingual.

Responsibilities

• Provide ‘Best in Class' service to our diverse customer base through immediate, consistent, and accurate responses to inquiries.
• Prepare, administer, and coordinate customer/dealer quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts, and specifications in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance and customer service regarding vendor availability, pricing, service of replacement parts, and product inspections.
• Process and prepare credit memos, invoices, purchase orders, and troubleshoot shipping and receiving activities as required.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and courteously to ensure long-term success.
• Document scenarios, follow-ups, and resolutions thoroughly as appropriate.
• Support Marketing & Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Warranty, and other internal departments to facilitate accurate information dissemination.
• Assist in achieving Sales goals and support Marketing in parts programs and services communication and troubleshooting.
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance understanding of Oshkosh Corporation's products and personal growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
