We are seeking a fun, energetic, and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Orlando, Florida. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your role will involve answering phones, assisting customers with inquiries, and problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also communicate with retail partners and support end consumers on our direct-to-consumer platforms. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering a competitive hourly wage of $18 - $20, depending on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for entering daily orders into our EMS platform and managing production orders in our global system. Training will be provided for these tasks, so a willingness to learn is essential. You will collaborate with sales agents and office staff, taking on additional office duties as needed. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills, a friendly and professional phone voice, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required, along with a sprinkle of Photoshop knowledge.
