About the position
The Cyber Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and maintaining systems and tools to automate complex cyber activities. This role requires applying specific functional knowledge along with general industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. The engineer will work independently with some guidance and may review or guide the activities of more junior employees.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, integrate, and maintain automation systems and tools for cyber activities.
- Apply functional and industry knowledge to develop solutions for moderate complexity problems.
- Work independently with minimal guidance.
- Review and guide activities of junior employees.
Requirements
- Experience implementing solutions using coding languages.
- Experience coding with Python.
- Experience configuring APIs.
- Knowledge of system and database architectures.
- Ability to analyze problems and requirements and develop solutions.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
