About the position

The Cybersecurity Marketing and Outreach Analyst at Tetrad Digital Integrity LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the cybersecurity mission of a large Federal agency in Washington, DC. This position involves creating and managing marketing and outreach materials, analyzing communication strategies, and coordinating events to enhance cybersecurity awareness. The analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective messaging and outreach efforts, contributing to the overall mission of safeguarding against digital threats.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing, communications, and outreach materials across multiple formats including print and digital.
• Analyze current communications across Cybersecurity and provide a structured communications plan to guide the messaging strategy.
• Update and manage the overall plan with outlined goals for reaching target audiences.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups to understand Cybersecurity's mission elements and provide targeted communications and outreach materials.
• Coordinate and support small- to large-scale outreach and awareness events.
• Manage and update the customer-facing Cybersecurity portal (intranet), including content development and design/structure of the portal.
• Provide original written and visual content for marketing material.
• Support cybersecurity awareness and training metrics reporting for senior leadership.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Support transition activities, as directed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field with three (3) to five (5) years of experience in Cybersecurity communications and outreach.
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate that information seamlessly to non-technical employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to grasp complex functional policy concepts and translate into structured text or images that is easy to understand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and senior House staff and management.
• Self-starter; adaptable to change; motivated to set personal and program goals and proactively track performance against goals and initiatives.
• Demonstrative experience with interactive training and/or workshop experience with government policy and/or cybersecurity.
• Proficient in the MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and understanding of current technology and cybersecurity trends.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Current Security+ certification.
