The D365 Sales Specialist role in Arlington, Texas, focuses on optimizing business processes and streamlining operations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Power Platform. The specialist will customize and implement D365 Sales to align with the organization's sales objectives, analyze business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity through automation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Customizing and implementing D365 Sales in alignment with the organization's sales objectives and processes
  • Analyzing business needs to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing D365 Sales features, workflows, and functionalities
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify areas for automation and process improvement through Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Developing custom applications and workflows using Power Apps to enhance productivity and data visibility within sales teams
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues related to D365 Sales and Power Platform components
  • Staying updated on the latest Microsoft technologies to ensure the business leverages new features and best practices for D365 Sales and Power Platform.

Requirements

  • Proficient in D365 Sales and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
