About the position

We are seeking a passionate Dance Instructor to join our team, focusing on teaching various dance styles to children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance and experience in creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate dance lessons for students
• Teach various dance techniques, including ballet, to students of all skill levels
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behavior effectively
• Utilize effective lesson planning to engage students
• Incorporate elements of early childhood education into dance lessons
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their growth and development

Requirements

• Experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting
• Proficiency in ballet and other dance styles
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to educate and inspire students through dance
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Familiarity with lesson planning principles
