Responsibilities

  • Implement global asset management capabilities for clients in data center operations.
  • Utilize technologies such as Industrial IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, and AI to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy asset management platforms and processes.
  • Conduct process reengineering and business process integration to improve operational workflows.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions in asset management practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Asset Lifecycle Management in an industrial environment, preferably in a hyper-scaled Data Center environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Reengineering, Business Process Integration, and Change Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and deploying asset management platforms for large scale clients in Data Center, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Resources industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years' experience with EAM technologies including IBM Maximo, SAP IAM, Infor EAM or similar.
  • 3+ years' experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management.
  • 3+ years' experience in site reliability or maintenance engineering.
