Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of asset lifecycle management strategies in industrial environments, particularly in data centers.
  • Design and deploy asset management platforms and processes for large-scale clients across various industries.
  • Conduct process reengineering and business process integration to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage change effectively within organizations to ensure smooth transitions during asset management implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical and operational inefficiencies in data center operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Asset Lifecycle Management in an industrial environment, preferably in a hyper-scaled Data Center environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Reengineering, Business Process Integration, and Change Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and deploying asset management platforms, processes, or methodologies for large-scale clients in Data Center, Manufacturing, Utilities, or Resources industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years of experience with EAM technologies including IBM Maximo, SAP IAM, Infor EAM, or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in site reliability or maintenance engineering.
