About The Position

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development or technical support experience.
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages.
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID.
• Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges.
• Fix issues and develop tools and automations to improve operational excellence.
• Update and track progress on technical challenges.
• Enhance the readiness of systems and processes within the Data Center.
• Provide root cause support for incoming tickets, involving extensive troubleshooting tasks across multiple products, features, and services.
• Assist with software deployment, scripting support, and automation.
• Develop tools to facilitate operations and maintenance and data analytics.
• Generate system and support status reports.
• Coordinate customer notifications and workflows, ensuring service level agreements are met.
• Collaborate with the support team to hand off or take over active support issues.
