Responsibilities

• Perform hardware support, troubleshooting, and break-fix maintenance for data center equipment.
• Rack and stack servers, networking devices, and other infrastructure components.
• Provide operational support for data center environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Conduct structured cabling inspections and infrastructure planning within racks.
• Execute hardware updates, upgrades, and component replacements as needed.
• Assist with the staging, installation, and decommissioning of enterprise equipment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data center hardware support, including troubleshooting, installation, and break-fix services.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Hands-on experience with rack and stack procedures and data center infrastructure planning.
• Familiarity with structured cabling standards and best practices.
• User-level experience with Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment with a focus on uptime and reliability.
