About the position

The position at Allianz Trade involves designing, building, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports process mining analyses. The role focuses on developing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with business analysts to create data solutions that facilitate process analysis. The candidate will also be responsible for optimizing database performance and integrating process mining tools with other systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that supports process mining analyses.
• Develop data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into a process mining tool.
• Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the data lifecycle, from collection to analysis.
• Develop and maintain data models and schemas that facilitate process analysis.
• Optimize and troubleshoot database performance, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with process mining business analysts to understand business requirements and design data solutions to support process analysis.
• Develop and maintain the process mining software and tools used for process analysis.
• Integrate process mining tools with other systems and technologies within the organization.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of data engineering principles and practices, including ETL, data modelling, and database design.
• Proficiency in data engineering tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.
• Experience with process mining or data visualization tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Experience with AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS EMR, AWS is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning / AI techniques is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent English level required.
