About the position

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for collecting, collating, and performing ten key data entry of customer information on the mainframe computer system for returns credit, as well as operating the Smarti scanning system. This position requires a high level of accuracy, productivity, and efficiency while performing data entry and Smarti systems functions.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, sort and collate customer return paperwork
  • Ten key entry of customer returns information into OTC system
  • Creating and updating customer returns header information
  • Maintain high level of accuracy, productivity and efficiency while performing data entry and Smarti systems functions
  • Interpret returns paperwork and computer systems information efficiently and accurately
  • Scan and index return customer paperwork into Smarti system
  • Ensure Smarti scanned paperwork is readable and identifiable
  • Filing of returns paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Assist the Returns Department as necessary
  • Other duties/special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • PC Experience
  • 10 Key entry experience required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
