About the position

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with a high level of accuracy. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems
• Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Organize and maintain digital and physical records
• Assist in generating reports and retrieving data as needed
• Perform routine data audits to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Follow company procedures and data entry standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is a plus
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
