Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with skills in working with pulleys, conveyors, and motors.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work up to twelve (12) hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Commitment to comply with all OSHA safety rules and regulations.
• Dedication to maintaining quality standards.

• Experience operating a forklift/tow motor.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains equipment.
• Conducts quality checks and reacts to quality issues.
• Communicates effectively with all departments.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Performs repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
• Works independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Assists in maintenance activities and operates forklift/tow motor as needed.
• Completes daily housekeeping tasks and performs monthly safety audits.
