About The Position

ECS is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to work in our Springfield, VA office. This role is contingent upon contract award and requires a strong understanding of NSG architecture and NGA infrastructure, focusing on the integration of commercial vendors and products to support NSG customers. The specialist will coordinate with suppliers and program offices to integrate new data sources, serving as a technical expert to optimize data access and visibility for customers.

Requirements

• Active/current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain a Counter Intelligence Polygraph.
• Understanding of AWS cloud architecture for cloud-based storage systems in classified/unclassified environments.
• Experience with Python scripting for data cleaning and preprocessing.
• Experience with spatial data file formats and data type conversions (TIF, GeoJson, CSV, Raster).
• Experience with database management in classified/unclassified environments.
• Experience working cross-functionally with system engineers, program managers, and data providers.

Nice To Haves

• B.S. in Computer Science or other STEM discipline.
• Knowledge of object detection datasets from Computer Vision algorithms.
• Knowledge of data analytics software platforms to improve analytic workflows (e.g., Brewlytics).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between domestic and commercial suppliers and program offices for data integration.
• Serve as a technical subject matter expert on commercial data integration.
• Make recommendations to optimize data access and visibility for customers.
• Problem solve data integration issues as needed.
• Implement a test and evaluation (T&E) plan for data onboarding and migration.
