About the position

Year Up United offers a one-year or less intensive job training program designed for young adults aged 18-29. The program focuses on developing technical and professional skills through in-classroom training, internships, and personalized coaching. Participants gain access to job placement services and receive an educational stipend during their internships, preparing them for successful careers in various industries.

Responsibilities

• Participate in in-classroom skill development sessions.
• Engage in internships with leading organizations in the Philadelphia area.
• Receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Develop professional business and communication skills.
• Build resumes and practice interviewing and networking skills.

Requirements

• Must be 18-29 years old.
• High school graduate or GED recipient.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Must not have obtained a Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Interest in Project Management Support, Banking & Customer Success, or Desktop Support.
