This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to: Overall duties include removing debris and maintaining common space areas. Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures. Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, dusting, window cleaning, clean and maintain restrooms. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Use proper PPE where required. Clean all common space areas including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby, and break room. Place safety hazard signs in the building including "wet floor" signs as necessary. Monitor, clean, service, and restock bathrooms. Respond immediately to any major spills or other cleaning crisis.
