Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to pediatric and adult patients.
• Perform dental procedures using laser dentistry techniques as needed.
• Collaborate with the restorative hygienist and in-house orthodontist to ensure optimal patient care.
• Create a fun and inviting atmosphere for young patients to enhance their dental experience.
• Manage patient relationships and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
• Participate in community outreach and education regarding dental health.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid dental license to practice in Washington state.
• Experience in pediatric dentistry preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children and their families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
