About the position

DealerFLEX is seeking a service-oriented Dealership Hospitality Manager with one of the top automotive dealerships in Tampa, FL. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational and financial success of our client account. As the Dealership Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership and managing our employees on-site. This position requires a strong focus on service excellence and the ability to foster a positive working environment for both staff and customers. You will report directly to the District Manager and will be expected to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency. In this full-time position, you will have the opportunity for career advancement as we are committed to employee development. The role includes onboarding, training, and managing employees, overseeing their schedules and daily tasks, and working closely with HR and the District Manager to implement company policies and initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining all DealerFLEX standard operating procedures as outlined with our client, providing daily reviews of safety operations, and establishing regular communication with client account holders. Additionally, you will conduct payroll reviews, assist with budgeting, and continuously train staff on safety and service protocols. Mentoring and coaching team members to identify individuals with management potential will also be a key part of your responsibilities. This position is essential for the safe and efficient operation of the accounts assigned, and you will perform other functions and duties as required to meet these goals.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and manage employees.
  • Oversee employee schedules and daily tasks.
  • Work with HR and the District Manager to administer company policies and initiatives.
  • Maintain all DealerFLEX standard operating procedures as outlined with our client.
  • Provide a daily review of safety operations.
  • Establish a regularly scheduled monthly meeting with our client account holders.
  • Conduct a review of payroll and time and attendance.
  • Assist with the budgeting process.
  • Continuously train and educate staff on safety and service as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Mentor, review, and coach team members to identify individuals with management potential.
  • Perform other functions and duties as required for the safe and efficient operation of accounts assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years of driving experience
  • Motor vehicle record free of any recent moving violations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly communicate
