Responsibilities

  • Promote accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the College.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success and well-being.
  • Manage the College's budget and resource allocation effectively.
  • Represent Fairhaven College in university-wide discussions and external engagements.
  • Facilitate constructive resolution of student concerns and challenges.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection of faculty and staff.
