About the position
As a dedicated truck driver for Schneider, you will be responsible for hauling produce in reefer trailers. Your duties will include completing hand unloads with pallet jacks and managing 2-5 loads per week, with 2-7 stop-offs per load. You will primarily drive within the states of Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Haul produce in reefer trailers
- Complete hand unloads with pallet jacks
- Manage 2-5 loads per week with 2-7 stop-offs per load
- Drive within specified states (GA, LA, MD, MS, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA)
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Live within 60 miles of Jefferson, GA
- Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
