About the position

The RVO Health People Experience Team is hiring a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Program Manager. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can contribute to our mission by fostering an inclusive environment. As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Employee Impact Groups (EIG) and driving our DEIB initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our Employee Impact Groups (EIGs), commonly known as Employee Resource Groups.
• Collaborate with EIG leaders to develop and execute the EIG program strategy, including planning events, managing budgets and expenses, and ensuring successful implementation.
• Partner with People Experience teammates to build culture-enhancing programs and drive business results.
• Review existing policies and programs and recommend improvements to increase equity and inclusion.
• Monitor the progress and impact of DEI programs and evolve strategy as needed.
• Partner with legal and compliance experts to ensure ongoing compliance with local and federal laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) or similar functions, demonstrating a strong understanding of DEI principles and best practices.
• Human Resources experience preferred but not required.
• A proven ability to connect with stakeholders and proactively engage them, fostering strong relationships and collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy in all DEI initiatives and programs.
• Strong prioritization skills, enabling you to meet deadlines and follow through on tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to convey messages clearly and concisely.
