About The Position

The Demand Generation Programs Manager at WatchGuard plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's digital marketing and go-to-market strategies. This position is responsible for developing and driving demand generation strategies for global audiences, leading a team to optimize these strategies, and ensuring alignment with product and channel marketing efforts. The role involves collaboration with various marketing teams and managing third-party vendors to report on program performance and drive optimization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years prior experience in marketing or channel marketing.
  • Experience in technology or cybersecurity solutions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement digital demand generation plans with measurable success.
  • Strong project management skills, including creating project plans and driving reporting cycles.
  • Ability to manage a team and cross-functional stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools like Marketo, 6sense, Folloze, Reachdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Experience managing third-party sites such as TrustRadius, G2, CRN, TechTarget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the demand generation strategy for global audiences and channels.
  • Lead the team responsible for executing and optimizing the demand generation strategy.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, digital marketing, channel marketing, and marketing operations teams.
  • Manage third-party vendors and work with marketing and sales operations on performance reporting.
  • Coordinate with field marketing teams to review program coverage and address needs.
  • Meet with channel marketing and partner recruitment teams to discuss strategies on third-party sites.
  • Conduct bi-weekly check-ins with the Paid Digital team to coordinate PPC and SEM strategies.
  • Hold weekly 1:1 meetings with direct reports to discuss project updates and blockers.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with leadership from product, sales, marketing, and channel to ensure initiatives stay on track.
