About the position

The Dental Laboratory Operation Manager will oversee the daily operations of the dental lab, ensuring high-quality service and effective team management. This role involves leading a team of technicians, managing complex restorative cases, and enhancing collaboration across departments to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all teams and team members in the dental laboratory.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team under the direction of the owners.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer support.
• Supervise team leaders in each department and ensure adherence to workflows.
• Coordinate multi-department efforts for complex implant-based restorations and restorative dentistry cases.
• Train and cross-train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Utilize digital systems and technologies to improve lab operations.

Requirements

• Previous dental lab management experience required.
• Strong leadership skills and professional work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and practices.
• Dependable team player with a high school diploma or GED.
