Responsibilities

  • Coordinate treatment plans for patients and ensure they understand their options.
  • Perform regular data entry and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and practice team members.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize incoming requests from clients.
  • Assist in the management of dental insurance benefits and treatment authorizations.

Requirements

  • At least one year of dental experience is required.
  • Working knowledge of ADA codes is necessary.
  • Familiarity with dental insurance benefits is essential.
  • Strong communication skills are required; bilingual is a plus.
  • Experience with Dentrix software is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Experience in a dental office setting is advantageous.
