About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, performing a variety of dental procedures, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to promote oral health and deliver exceptional patient care in a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state dental license and ability to pass all necessary background checks.
• Experience in patient care within a dental office setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques is essential for maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
• Perform various dental procedures including restorative work, extractions, and oral surgery as needed.
• Utilize dental fabrication techniques and prosthodontics to create and fit dental appliances.
• Employ medical imaging technologies to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols within the dental clinic.
• Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and training.
