Responsibilities

• Review IRA documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with branches on discrepancies or missing information.
• Update account information in banking software applications.
• Scan documents and maintain electronic customer files.
• Answer questions and provide guidance on IRA documentation by phone and email.
• Assist with the preparation of IRA-related forms and notices.
• Maintain knowledge of IRA rules and regulations.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of banking or financial services operations or customer service experience with exposure to individual retirement accounts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of individual retirement account products and regulations.
