About the position
The position involves understanding the warehousing business and ensuring proper controls on the processes. The role requires conducting monthly inventory verification for spare parts and packing materials, reviewing the packing material consumption process, and ensuring closure of consumption at each month end. Additionally, the candidate will handle scrap accounting processes, account for monthly service and Capex bills from service providers, and perform periodic checks on assets deployed by service providers for M&M. The role also includes understanding the accounting and warehousing systems of service providers and reporting on data integration from those systems to SAP in M&M. The candidate will be responsible for handling issues such as IUTN and vendor rejections, preparing MIS on location-wise costs, and managing monthly dispatch working with bifurcation as per logistics commercials. Furthermore, the candidate will need to confirm delivered consignments with service providers and work out freight billing, verify freight working by service providers, and maintain complete control of reconciliation on invoices raised and booked.

Requirements
- CA / ICWA / CMA with minimum 3-4 years' experience OR M.com/Inter ICWA / Inter CA with minimum 5-6 years' experience
- Must have Commercial exposure / Audit exposure
