Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality trauma care to patients.
• Engage in mentorship and education of medical students and residents.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty team of over 50 Orthopaedic Surgeons.
• Maintain excellent clinical documentation and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in academic activities at Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Requirements

• Board-eligible/board-certified in Orthopaedics with a fellowship in Trauma surgery.
• Demonstrable core competencies in orthopaedic traumatology.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a highly collaborative team.
• Proficiency in maintaining excellent clinical documentation.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center setting.
• Fellowship training in a related subspecialty.
