About the position

The Bassett Design Consultant position is focused on building long-term customer relationships through interior design consultations and selling furniture solutions. The role requires a passion for design, exceptional selling skills, and the ability to understand and translate customer needs into design choices. Design Consultants will engage with customers to help them realize their dream rooms while maximizing sales opportunities through relationship selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful and long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct interior design consultations and makeovers.
• Maximize selling opportunities through relationship selling techniques.
• Engage customers to determine their needs according to taste, lifestyle, and investment range.
• Create, present, and sell product and design solutions.
• Drive to customers' residences and businesses for makeovers.
• Conduct virtual appointments and live chats.
