About the position

PostcardMania is seeking a talented Graphic Designer specializing in online ads to create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate marketing messages. The role involves producing high-quality designs for online advertisements and videos, ensuring they meet customer specifications and marketing standards. The designer will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the company's mission of empowering small to medium-sized businesses through effective marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce aesthetic and effective designs for online ads and videos.
• Ensure designs meet customer specifications and marketing standards.
• Quality check existing designs to ensure they are error-free.
• Set up proofs according to job specifications and save jobs accordingly.
• Collaborate with copywriters to design based on customer requests.
• Maintain a steady pace of production.

Requirements

• Proven graphic design experience with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience.
• Excellent grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Strong knowledge of graphic design terms and printing specifications.
• Ability to adapt designs based on customer feedback and copy.
• Self-motivated with good organization and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's Degree in Graphic Design (desirable but not required).
