As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the core of our journey to building a fully automated platform. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, implementing and managing automation, and enhancing our Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings across both on-premises and cloud environments. Your contributions will focus on automating DevOps processes to streamline development cycles and reduce time-to-market for customer-facing services. By adopting a zero-downtime approach, you'll help ensure the stability and reliability of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support high-quality software delivery.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes across environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Enhance platform scalability, reliability, and security in on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Advocate for DevOps best practices, promoting a culture of automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging tools, trends, and technologies, and share knowledge within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Containers, and Helm deployment.
  • Experience within open source and appliance products.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on quality, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster partnerships and drive cross-functional alignment.
