DevOps

About the position

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team in New York City on a contract basis for a duration of 12 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS technologies and a strong background in automation and Python development. This role requires advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and the ability to implement CI/CD processes effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Automate deployment processes using CI/CD tools.
• Develop and maintain code/scripts in Python.
• Utilize Terraform, Helm Charts, and Cloud Formation Templates for infrastructure as code.
• Manage containerization technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Implement observability and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with AWS technologies.
• Strong automation skills and experience with Python development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, specifically Continuous Deployment.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure design.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of observability and logging tools.
