About The Position
The Development Manager will be responsible for the onsite development and construction of all land related improvements within assigned projects. Key opportunities for success include working closely with the assigned Project Manager to collaborate on the timely submittal of required project documents for permitting, cost estimating/forecasting, bid process/contracting/invoicing, project scheduling, contractor management, tract turnovers, site safety, and maintenance.
