Responsibilities
- Provide overall coordination and leadership for the management and prevention of diabetes.
- Manage diabetes related grants.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of Registered Nurse experience in diabetes education and/or diabetes care.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in any U.S. State or Territory.
- Valid American Heart Association (AHA) certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and maintain certification.
- Obtain Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification within three (3) years from date of hire and maintain certification.

- Navajo/Indian Preference in Employment Policy applies, with primary preference for enrolled members of the Navajo Nation and secondary preference for members of other federally recognized Indian tribes.
