About The Position
The Global Supply Planning Analyst at Dickies will be responsible for leading the coordination of global activities to deliver supply requirements between the sourcing, materials, demand, and regional supply planning teams. This role involves creating various strategies, processes, and guidelines for the global supply planning team to optimize on-time deliveries to meet customer needs. Key partners will include global sourcing, regional supply planning, regional demand planning, global product, global merchandising, and global materials. A typical day includes driving global supply planning activities from pre-season to in-season, developing and implementing global processes for strategic procurement, completing analysis of global monthly buys, leading the monthly global buy handover process, and owning the global buy strategy for brand collaborations and special collections. The analyst will also participate in key projects to evolve supply chain capabilities and utilize reporting and analytics tools to automate and visualize current manual processes.
