About the position

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) has an exciting opportunity for a professional Digital Asset Manager (Marketing Analyst 1). This position is responsible for managing the process and procedures for the procurement and usage of all digital assets for the Fine Wine & Good Spirits e-commerce site, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments, and ensuring brand and accessibility standards are met. Responsibilities

• Evaluating, approving, rejecting, and editing product images as necessary.
• Providing guidance to improve the quality of images and maintain consistency with suppliers and vendors.
• Ensuring the correct meta-data is assigned to all digital assets and meets accessibility standards.
• Participating in testing of images to monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with marketing team on image selection.
• Managing acquisitions; quality and storage of digital images.
• Monitoring and maintaining all images on FWGS.com.
• Coordinating with other departments.
• Implementing and maintaining a digital asset management system for use by Fine Wine & Good Spirits digital marketing channel.

Requirements

• Successful completion of the PLCB Marketing Analyst Trainee training program; or
• One year of professional marketing, advertising, or merchandising experience and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Must meet the PA residency requirement.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.
• Must pass a background investigation.

Nice-to-haves

• Professional photography experience.
• Experience with photo editing software, especially Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Experience in managing digital asset libraries.
• Sharp eye for detail and ability to manage projects while meeting deadlines.
