About the position

Toll Brothers, America's leading luxury home builder, is seeking a Digital Asset Manager to join our team at our Corporate office in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. The Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for managing marketing content and digital assets throughout their lifecycle within our internal systems, including the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Content Marketing Platform (CMP) systems. This role requires independent work as well as collaboration with other Digital Marketing team members to ensure the efficient operation of our Web Content Management System (CMS). The Digital Asset Manager will work closely with IT and the Web Development team to optimize these systems and will be responsible for completing quality assurance testing to ensure that applications meet all agreed-upon acceptance standards. In this role, the Digital Asset Manager will manage the accuracy and completeness of digital content in both the DAM and CMP, acting as the subject matter expert and point of contact for questions and issues related to these systems. The position involves building and maintaining workflows that ensure speed, transparency, and sensible prioritization of concurrent projects. The Digital Asset Manager will lead the development, validation, and maintenance of the DAM taxonomy and metadata requirements for existing and new digital assets, partnering with IT and the Web Development team to publish content and assets efficiently. Additionally, the Digital Asset Manager will conduct new user training, field questions from and interface with DAM and CMP stakeholders, and create and maintain resource guides and supporting documentation. The role also includes testing and supporting system upgrades and product enhancements while ensuring that quality is maintained and that the applications meet agreed-upon standards. The Digital Asset Manager will advocate for quality and process improvement to ensure solutions do not compromise quality and will represent the Marketing Department as its Record Administrator, helping to enforce the company's document retention policy. Training, mentoring, and supporting other Digital Marketing team members as needed is also part of the responsibilities, along with overseeing updates and enforcing compliance with Digital Rights Management (DRM) settings.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Library/Information Science, or relevant field.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in content and digital asset management.
  • Understanding of taxonomy best practices and procedures, controlled vocabulary, and metadata development.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs.
  • 5 years of previous related experience.

  • Homebuilding industry experience.
  • Experience managing Workfront and/or Sitecore Content Hub.
