The Digital Business and Marketing Manager at T-Mobile is responsible for overseeing digital marketing and sales efforts across various brands and customer segments. Responsibilities

  • Serve as digital marketing and sales owner, leading sales strategies and conversion performance optimization.
  • Lead testing, personalization, optimization, merchandising, and campaign planning to achieve business outcomes.
  • Define and meet digital channel strategy objectives and financial growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Line of Business and Marketing teams to implement campaign strategies and enhance customer experiences.
  • Provide progress reports and insights to improve metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  • Inform product development for web/app channels and highlight differentiators to customers.
  • Champion a customer-centric digital channel approach to optimize user experience.
  • Participate in strategy review meetings with senior leaders to discuss market needs and sales opportunities.
  • Lead brand awareness and customer acquisition campaigns, identifying high-potential opportunities for testing.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on performance analytics and customer insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, UX/design, or equivalent degree (Required).
  • Experience in digital marketing and sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
