About the position

Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in training, marketing, and supporting the sales process, ensuring seamless implementation of innovative solutions. By contributing to the bank's strategic goals and enhancing efficiency, you will directly impact our commitment to customer-centricity and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and lead digital product management that drive customer satisfaction and build successful banking relationships with businesses.
  • Build relationships with internal and external partners and vendors.
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure successful client onboarding, training and support.
  • Oversee a dynamic portfolio of both existing and new products, enhancing their performance through active participation in testing and upgrades.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for new initiatives.
  • Play a pivotal role in training, marketing, and supporting the sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 5-8 years in various banking sectors, including Treasury and commercial banking.
  • Familiarity with the systems and products related to this role.
  • Strong project management skills.
