At EF Educational Tours, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Communications Specialist to join our growing Digital Communications team. This role is pivotal in our Marketing and Creative Department, where you will collaborate with marketing campaign managers, creative producers, copywriters, and designers to create engaging email content tailored for our group leaders, students, and parents. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the data automations team to define email list segmentation and provide best practices for email marketing, ensuring that our campaigns are effective and resonate with our audience. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining automated email journeys that nurture and engage our customers. This includes refining customer segmentation strategies to ensure high-level performance and updating the code of responsive HTML and CSS email templates. You will also be tasked with updating tracking codes in emails and reporting on campaign performance, as well as monitoring email trends and technology to enhance our email marketing success. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of experience working with enterprise Campaign Management Tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo. A basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and/or Snowflake is essential, along with experience in creating and managing email campaigns that utilize customer data to create personalized customer journeys. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines are crucial for success in this role.
