About the position

This role supports marketing efforts for Mestek's Distributor Products Group (DPG), which includes a portfolio of HVAC brands serving both residential and commercial markets in hydronic heating and cooling as well as gas-fired heating solutions. Create and manage engaging content to drive website traffic, promote products, improve brand awareness, and increase sales through various digital channels including social media, email, video, and websites staying aligned with Corporate, Marketing and Sales Management. This description is meant to serve as a general outline of the position, but like most marketing roles in our fast-paced world, it will evolve. The right person will bring their own curiosity, initiative, and perspective to shape the role alongside us.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, search engines, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for different platforms by working with sales, marketing, technical and engineering departments.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns with internal and external resources, as necessary.
  • Optimize website content and structure for SEO with internal and external resources, as necessary.
  • Create high quality, engaging content including but not limited to blog posts, social media, email, and website graphics, etc.
  • Manage social media presence across multiple divisions, including content creation and engagement with an emphasis on consistency.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to meet the changing landscape.
  • Thorough understanding or ability to independently learn various digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics (G4), Constant Contact, SEMrush, Adobe, Canva, and more.
  • Microsoft Office proficient. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft 365.
  • Other duties as needed or assigned.

  • Graphic design and video editing skills a plus.
  • Ability to self-teach and stay current with evolving industry tools, trends, best practices, and AI applications.
