About the position

Are you a content-creating machine who thrives in the world of Reels, TikToks, and fast-moving social trends? We’re looking for a social-first, video-driven storyteller to help us energize our digital presence, drive meaningful engagement across our global platforms, and bring our wellness brand to life online. You’ll create and manage daily content, coordinate monthly product shoots, and work directly with our community leaders to ensure high-impact posting and engagement—especially inside our thriving Yoli Community Facebook Group. This role combines creativity, coordination, and community, and is ideal for someone who’s highly visual, deeply connected to digital culture, and obsessed with growth. Remote welcome—for the right person who is always creating and consistently delivering.

Responsibilities

  • Create daily content that stops the scroll: Reels, Stories, TikToks, YouTube Shorts
  • Manage posting schedules and platform-specific strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Keep content fun, fast, trend-driven, and aligned with our brand voice
  • Write captions that feel real, relatable, and drive action
  • Drive visibility, reach, and engagement goals across all platforms
  • Edit short-form videos with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and sound trends
  • Coordinate monthly content shoots, ensuring fresh product, lifestyle, and testimonial footage
  • Use tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, InShot, etc.
  • Leverage AI tools to speed up content creation, writing, and brainstorming
  • Keep all Yoli products on hand for unboxings, how-tos, and quick-turn content
  • Be ready to jump on trends or product moments with real-time creativity
  • Set up your own mini content studio (remote is fine!) to support ongoing shooting
  • Own and manage the Yoli Community Group (Customer Facebook Group)
  • Ensure regular engagement, new post ideas, weekly themes, and content variety
  • Coordinate with top Brand Partners and field leaders to ensure timely posting, participation, and content delivery
  • Inspire, uplift, and energize the group through our leaders and their teams with daily content, comments, prompts, and recognition
  • Build and maintain a monthly calendar for community content and accountability
  • Help grow our social media audiences by at least 20% over the next 6 months
  • Track metrics weekly and share wins, learnings, and insights with the team
  • Assist with light ad campaign coordination and basic reporting
  • Keep all digital touchpoints—website, app, landing pages—updated and visually aligned (no coding needed)
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer experience teams

  • Comfortable both behind the camera and editing in a pinch
  • Obsessed with growth and measuring what works
  • A great community builder who knows how to inspire engagement
  • Bonus: You’ve worked in or understand the MLM/direct selling space
  • Expert at Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube (especially Shorts)
  • Solid editing and design experience (CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools, etc.)
