Responsibilities

• Assist in the strategic selection of collateral for events and trade shows.
• Pack, ship, and track marketing materials for conferences and events.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and event collateral.
• Support the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Specialist in creating new marketing materials such as sales sheets and playbooks.
• Help develop and analyze internal and external email campaigns for clients, partners, and employees.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to help inform marketing strategies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus (e.g., email marketing, social media management).
