About the position

Prophet Security is a VC-backed startup leveraging generative AI to transform security operations. We're seeking a Digital Marketing and Growth Manager eager to own our digital marketing efforts globally, drive high-impact programs, and accelerate their career within a dynamic startup in two of the hottest areas in enterprise software - AI and security. This role is ideal for someone who thrives with autonomy, enjoys exploring new technologies, and is passionate about creating efficient, scalable marketing processes and programs. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing leadership to drive initiatives that boost pipeline, accelerate sales cycles, and enhance our brand presence in the cybersecurity market.

Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and optimize digital marketing programs, including outbound email campaigns, targeted nurture sequences, digital events (webinars, podcasts, etc.), and paid digital advertising (LinkedIn, SEM, etc.), to generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Own and manage our marketing technology stack, including evaluating, onboarding, and optimizing tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, SEMrush, email warming tools, Clay, AI-driven SDR solutions, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, managing targeting strategy, list uploads, and ensuring smooth transitions from marketing-generated leads to sales-qualified opportunities.
  • Design and automate workflows for target audience identification, segmentation, data enrichment, and outbound engagement to enhance SDR productivity.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze program effectiveness, delivering actionable insights to continuously improve marketing ROI.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, training sales and marketing teams on tools and processes to drive adoption and success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience in demand generation, growth marketing, and marketing operations within B2B enterprise software or cybersecurity (startup experience a plus).
  • Proven proficiency managing marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), email marketing initiatives, and digital lead generation processes.
  • Knowledge and best practices around outbound email campaigns, including email deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Experience evaluating, onboarding, and optimizing marketing and sales tools (e.g. Apollo.io, SEMrush, email warming tools, Clay, or similar platforms).
  • Skilled at building automated workflows for ICP targeting, segmentation, data enrichment, and outbound marketing campaigns.
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with Sales/SDR teams to manage targeting, list uploads, and pipeline-driving initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to independently drive projects from concept through execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
