About the position
The Digital Marketing Intern position at Enterprise Bank & Trust offers college students a unique opportunity to gain professional experience in the banking and finance sector. This nine-week internship is designed to provide meaningful work experience through targeted educational opportunities, helping interns develop into future organizational leaders. Interns will work closely with the marketing team, participate in various projects, and receive mentorship throughout the program.
Responsibilities
- Work with a high-performing team to gain in-depth real-life experience through projects and meetings.
- Participate in one-on-one training from team members and complete assigned tasks.
- Develop a marketing campaign from the ground up in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Assist content creation associates with copywriting for new webpages, digital ads on LinkedIn, and podcast episodes.
- Design, create, and launch digital advertisements on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- Network with senior leaders, Enterprise associates, and other program interns.
Requirements
- Current student enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with a tentative graduation date of 2025-2026.
- Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take high levels of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, and Word.
