About the position

An exciting and challenging position exists as a full-time Digital Marketing Manager. You will oversee the overall digital marketing strategy, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion. This person will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies focused on lead generation, driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and customer acquisition techniques to fill the sales pipeline effectively and drive B2B and B2C revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
  • Optimize landing pages and website structure for higher conversion rates.
  • Utilize tools like marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferred experience with HubSpot) to streamline lead capture and management.
  • Manage multiple digital channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email) to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Create targeted campaigns to attract high-quality leads using paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), organic strategies (SEO), and content marketing.
  • Continuously measure campaign performance and adjust tactics to improve ROI.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff of leads and alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Analyze data from lead generation campaigns to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Track metrics such as cost-per-lead (CPL) and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to optimize spending.
  • Develop engaging content such as blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers to drive traffic and generate leads.
  • Leverage SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility.
  • Oversee the digital marketing budget, prioritizing spending on high-performing channels for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (experience in both is preferred) with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven success in managing online lead generation campaigns using SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and direct reports.
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to refine strategies.
  • Expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), SEO platforms, and analytics software.
  • Innovative thinking for designing compelling campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Collaboration with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners to execute marketing plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting persuasive messages.
