We are looking for an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty for the Analytical Solutions Division (ASD). The Analytical Solutions business provides cutting edge instrument platforms for streamlined protein analysis workflows. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling brand strategies, execute integrated marketing campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, equity, and market positioning.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and other media channels.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather customer insights to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling storytelling, visuals, and messaging that align with brand objectives.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of branding efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Work closely with product, sales, digital, and corporate communication teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and experiences.
  • Manage brand marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the life science industry.
  • Experience in marketing and/or market development in life sciences.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing external partnerships.
  • Experience with social media and content marketing.
  • A track record of managing large-scale marketing campaigns.

Nice-to-haves

  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, customer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
