About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute digital marketing strategies for a leading entertainment company, focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across various channels including social media, SEO, CRM, and influencer marketing. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with team members and attending brand marketing meetings to develop innovative content and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve desired KPIs.
  • Oversee the management of digital marketing channels on a day-to-day basis, including social media, web, and CRM.
  • Plan social media calendars, initiatives, and events, and develop supporting strategies for the brand.
  • Create innovative and exciting copy designed to grow engagement while supporting social campaigns across all digital channels.
  • Regularly attend brand marketing and communications meetings and events to collaborate on key brand planning and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and present the monthly report of key metrics, KPIs, findings, and recommendations on areas of improvement.
  • Stay up to date on cultural moments, conversations, and community trends for opportunities to inspire innovative content.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of digital experience in marketing or agency.
  • Background in spirits, food & beverage, or entertainment is a must.
  • Prior experience in influencer and social media strategy.
  • Must have relevant work samples demonstrating their digital toolkit.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
  • Proficiency in SproutSocial, Sprinklr, or other social media management tools.
