Hodgson Russ LLP is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the firm's brand and message through various digital channels. This role involves creative and analytical skills to manage web content, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly within professional services, and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

• Promote the firm's brand and message across digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising.
• Concept, write, and design marketing materials with a high level of attention to detail.
• Utilize design software and marketing platforms to create engaging content.
• Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Business Development team to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
• Five years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Experience with email marketing tools and CRM software such as Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, Squarespace, HubSpot, Shopify.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
